Here’s the English translation:

The ‘Chillociraptor’ Sound

‘Chillociraptor’ is the name of a project by musician Danilo Gossaín , who graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music and is also a Latin Grammy nominee. He began to plot this project almost a year ago while listening to chillout music at a bar near the walls of Cartagena, Colombia . He wanted to create something similar but less electronic, and then called bassist Antonio Gandia, -a friend he met at Berklee , who lives in New Jersey, and began to create music long-distance. They asked Mexican saxophonist Nacho Maldonado to join, -which he did, then other musicians joined the project as well. The project was breaking the boundaries of chillout and ended up mixing everything from electronic sounds from conch shells. Ten months later, everything was ready. Even the name of the album, ‘Chillociraptor’-with a humorous twist and even a ‘pet’, to represent music seriously made by three artists with over 20 years of experience.
